Movie Soundtrack Review: The soundtrack is as cute as the movie. I choose to use cute because it is the perfect word to describe this feel-good movie soundtrack collection. The list may be an array of 90s sounding tunes but every song is justly there, no more no less. The soundtrack is perfect for the emotions that you will get as you move from scene to scene.
If you loved the sweet sound of Friends with Benefits and Something Borrowed, then you could never go wrong with this one. It has the entire element to make you wanna go back to your sweet sixteen.
One best attribute of No Strings Attached Soundtrack is the fluidity of the relationship behind the people in the making. Hence, it is safe to say that Ashton Kutcher and John Debney is each other’s personal favorite by now. They have worked together before to produce a romantic taste for the musical score of Valentine’s day.
About the Artist: Before we go deep in looking at the brain behind this soundtrack, I’ll give you a list of artists to look forward to. In the CD, you will expect Robbie Nevil, Leona Lewis, Color Me Badd, Plain White T’s and Elvis Presley.
I know, the list is getting you crazy. I was ecstatic when I first saw the official list. Just to remind you, that is just half of the surprise. I’ll leave the other half verdict for you.
John Debney is an able man, at least try to argue with his jaw dropping projects if you are daring to object. His wit in music is exceptionally running through his veins, literally and figuratively. He is a son to Louis Debney, a great Disney Studios producer. Despite that, he made his own mark to entertainment industry including one respected nomination in Academy Award and three titles from Emmy Award.
To give you a little background of his wit, here is a tenth of the movie soundtrack he made: I Know What You Did Last Summer, Spy Kids, The Princess Diaries, Bruce Almighty, Iron Man 2 and more. I mean it, more.
